HAIDEN (2013-2022) were an instrumental metal trio from Ghent, Belgium - who echo the sounds of long-gone Hydra Head Records’ alumni: heavy and angular riffage with collisions of doom, sludge and noise. Their music thrives on contrast: spacious and deep, erupting from the lowest depths of sludge, yet crystal clear and sharp, grooving with a weirdly counter-intuitive approach to rhythm.
